- Correct consignor and consignee names, addresses and GST details
- Consignor and consignee contact numbers
- Number of packages and accurate weight
- Clear description of the goods
- Party mark or identification mark on every package
- Any additional documents required for restricted, regulated or special-category goods
Packing reminder
Goods should be properly packed, sealed and clearly marked before being handed over for transportation. Fragile or sensitive goods should have suitable protective packaging and clear handling labels.
